Thank you for shopping at Lucky's TCG Shop! We are a family-owned Pokémon TCG store based in Texas, and we take great care in packaging and shipping every order.
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. We ship via USPS and/or UPS.
Domestic Shipping (US Only) We currently ship within the United States only. Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at luckystcgshop@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to make it right.
